The best tip for self-study

GERMANIZE YOUR LIFE ;-)
To get straight to the point: Being in contact with the German language only sporadically will not help in the long run if you really want to improve your German in the long run. Instead, try to do as much as possible in German in your life and adapt every area of everyday life to German. This includes:
-
Labelling your home with German terms, including articles.
-
Making mobile phone settings in German
-
setting computer programmes and frequently used internet sites in German
-
using German-language radio and online services
-
watch German series and TV movies in the original language
-
listen to songs in German and follow podcasts and other online formats.
Have you ever written your shopping list in German or used a German keyboard? You are sure to discover many new things and thus not only learn consciously, but also use your German unconsciously.
With patience and consistency, you will master German better step by step and integrate it into your life.
