24-hour cancellation policy (applicable)
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, the lesson will be charged at 100%.

Less than 24 hours before the appointment: Full lesson fee is due.

Payment
Lessons are booked in advance as a package; the minimum is 5 lessons. After booking, an invoice will be issued, and payment is due before the first lesson. Accepted payment methods are bank transfer, PayPal, and Revolut. The lesson package is only considered booked once payment has been received. Refunds are issued exclusively via bank transfer.
Rejection by the German coach
The appointment will be rescheduled or fully refunded.

Group (e.g., group of 2):

All cancelled on time: No costs.

All cancellations made late: Full group price.

One student cancels late, the other shows up: the student who cancels late pays the normal lesson price; the lesson for the student who shows up is charged normally.

Punctual cancellation by one student, the other wants to attend the lesson: single price for the student who shows up.

Business lessons with travel allowance
(Individual or group, e.g. 90 min):-
Cancelled on time: No lesson or travel costs.

Late cancellation: lesson fee is due, travel allowance is waived.

For minors, parents/guardians are responsible for timely cancellations.
Contracting parties and registration
The contracting parties are the learner (or their legal representative in the case of minors) and the trainer.
The registration is valid after the registration form has been filled out, the trainer has confirmed the registration, and the payment has been received in accordance with the payment terms.
Teaching method
Individual lessons are standard. Group lessons with two or three students are available upon request and are billed individually.
Classroom behavior
Learners must respect the premises and equipment. Violations will result in immediate course termination without a refund.
Switch between in-person and online
A switch from in-person to online lessons is possible at short notice, as soon as the trainer has checked the scheduling options.
Refund

Course fees are non-refundable after payment, unless otherwise agreed.
No guarantee of success
The trainer does not guarantee passing exams or language qualifications. The learner is responsible for this; the trainer merely provides support.
Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all courses. Any claims not covered by these terms and conditions are governed by German consumer protection law (Sections of the German Civil Code). Out-of-court dispute resolution is available through consumer protection agencies.
